• ClimaCost does not inspect, diagnose, repair, size, select, certify, or install equipment.
• It does not perform a utility audit, load calculation, energy audit, combustion analysis, electrical assessment, or code review.
• Displayed dollar ranges are scenarios, not promised savings, bids, appraisals, or returns on investment.
• Results can be incomplete or wrong when inputs, public services, fallback assumptions, or equipment details are incomplete.

Safety

Urgent hazards require qualified help.

Do not rely on ClimaCost for gas odors, carbon-monoxide concerns, smoke, fire, electrical hazards, refrigerant exposure, flooding, structural damage, loss of heat in dangerous weather, or other emergencies. Leave the area when appropriate and contact emergency, utility, or licensed professional services.

ClimaCost does not guarantee that a professional is available, will respond, will offer a particular price, or will produce a particular result. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available.

ClimaCost may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, sources, links, or stored reports. To the extent permitted by law, Apex Blue disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions, purchases, losses, property damage, service-provider conduct, missed incentives, or tax outcomes based on the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
